1/2 Cup Dragon Fuit Cubes
1/2 Cup of Almond Milk
1/2 Cup of Rolled Oats
1 Banana
3 to 4 Strawberries
1/4 Coconut Shreds
1 tsp of Blue Agave

Place a 1/2 cup of dragon fruit cubes in a blender along with half of a banana. Add 1/2 cup of almond milk, and blend to a puree. Pour ingredients in a bowl and dress the bowl with the rest of your banana and strawberries to your liking. Lastly, add a 1/2 cup of oatmeal, a 1/4 cup of coconut flakes and top it off with blue agave or your favorite honey. 

My first time ever having this bowl was when I was in Los Angeles visiting a friend. It was so good that I had to go home and make my own. I don't make it very often because it is a good amount of calories but it's delicious and a great treat once in a while.
